Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using dashlanes.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dashlanes you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Dashlanes provides an online project and task management platform featuring interactive Gantt charts, team collaboration tools, and subscription-based plan tiers. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrading to the Free tier takes effect immediately and removes access to premium features. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's data
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the service
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code comprising the Dashlanes platform is owned by or licensed to us. Your project data remains your property. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to provide advance notice for scheduled downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashlanes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
